Polygon Pong Online Enters the Archive

Added Polygon Pong Online as an initial featured project so future design notes, builds, and devlogs have a dedicated home.

Polygon Pong Online is now seeded as one of the first Bliss Labs projects. The entry starts simple, but it gives us a dedicated place to collect goals, technical decisions, screenshots, builds, and devlogs as the game takes shape.

This keeps the creative trail visible from the beginning instead of trying to reconstruct it later.
