First Bliss Labs Foundation

Started the Bliss Labs website from the project plan, choosing Astro, Markdown content collections, and a dark cozy creative workshop direction.

The first visual identity pass for the Bliss Labs archive.

Today we turned the project plan into the first concrete version of Bliss Labs: a structured game development hub powered by Astro and Markdown.

The important decision was to keep the site content-first. Projects and devlogs live as files, which means the archive can grow naturally over time while staying version-controlled and easy to edit.

The initial visual direction is dark, cozy, and creative — more like a warm workshop than a sterile portfolio.
